The match ended up getting postponed, which was a bit annoying, but to be fair they kept my ticket valid and I didn’t have to chase anyone. Not ideal, but it was handled fine in the end.

"Stressful Ticket Issue"
I had an issue with my tickets trying to get it sorted felt like such a hassle. I was already feeling rushed because it was for a football match, and support kept taking ages to reply, then just sent the same kind of responses over and over. By the end, I didn’t really feel like anything was properly fixed, more like I was just brushed off. Really stressful experience, and I wouldn’t use them again

I tried using livefootballtickets.com to look for match tickets, and I’m not sure if it was just me, but the site felt clunky. Some pages took a while to load, and the filters didn’t always seem to remember what I’d selected, which got annoying quickly. I also found it harder than I expected to compare seats and prices without clicking back and forth a lot. The checkout info wasn’t super clear in a few places either, so I kept second-guessing myself and going back to check details. Maybe it’s fine if you already know exactly what tickets you want, but for just browsing around, I found it frustrating

Got my order confirmation pretty much right after I paid, and it was all really easy to understand. I had to ask for a refund and figured it’d be sorta annoying to deal with, but it ended up going smoothly. Support got back to me and kept everything simple. There was a bit of waiting, but the money came back fine in the end. Can’t really complain, I’m happy with how it got sorted.

I was, actually, I was surprised by how many games they had listed, even smaller fixtures I couldn’t find anywhere else. It took me a little while to pick seats because there were way more options than I expected. Really handy if you’re not completely set on just one match.

My tickets came through earlier than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. When I got to the stadium, the scan worked on the first try (always a relief), though there was a little confusion with the queue at the gate. Overall, I was happy with the experience and I’d definitely use it again for a big match

Trying to transfer my mobile ticket was a total headache. The instructions weren’t clear at all, and I kept getting bounced around on my phone like I was stuck in a loop. For what I paid, this should’ve been simple. What made it more annoying was getting those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” responses that didn’t actually help fix anything.

"Left Waiting After I Booked"
I did get my tickets in the end, so that part was fine, but the lack of updates after booking was frustrating. Once I paid, I expected at least a clearer idea of what was going on instead of just sitting there refreshing and wondering if everything was actually being handled.

When I reached out, the replies took too long and didn’t really answer my questions properly. I don’t mind waiting a bit when I know what’s happening, but being left in the dark made the whole thing way more annoying and stressful than it needed to be

I bought a ticket for a match through livefootballtickets.com, the whole thing ended up being stressful. When I got to the gate, the ticket wouldn’t scan properly, and the staff said it looked like it had maybe already been used. I’m not totally sure what happened, but I ended up missing the start of the game while trying to get it sorted. I didn’t really get clear help quickly enough either. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me, the ticket authenticity felt like a serious issue. I probably wouldn’t use them again.

Booked 3 tickets for a match and wasn’t totally sure how it would work, especially with the seating together thing. I’ve had stuff like that go wrong before. But yeah, the 3 seats were right next to each other, so no complaints there. Tickets showed up in time and we got in fine. Don’t know if it’s always that smooth, but my experience with livefootballtickets.com was good and I’d probably use them again
